- With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

- Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed in cash only.
- Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Cash refunds will be coordinated through the delivery partner or another mutually agreed method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories, sale items, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
